Privacy notice

Last updated: 23 September 2026

Who we are

This notice explains how Nimblefun processes your personal data when you visit nimblefun.com and fill in the demo request form, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.

Data collected in campaign games that brands publish with Nimblefun is not covered here: the brand is responsible for it, and every campaign links to that brand's own privacy notice.

What we process and why

Demo request form: your name, work e-mail address, company and, if you choose to give them, your role, phone number and message. We use them only to answer your request, schedule a demo and stay in touch before a possible contract.

Technical logs: server logs and error reports that keep the site secure and running. E-mail addresses, phone numbers and similar personal data are scrubbed from error reports before they are sent.

This site does not use cookies for advertising or visitor analytics.

Legal basis

Demo request data is processed because it is directly related to entering into a contract and for our legitimate interest in answering you (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Technical logs are processed for our legitimate interest.

Sharing

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. It is shared only with the infrastructure providers we use for hosting, the database, e-mail delivery and error reporting, whose servers may be located outside Turkey, and only as far as those services require.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are deleted automatically one year after we receive them. If your request turns into a customer relationship, the data is kept as part of that relationship.

Your rights

You can ask whether we process your data, request access, correction or erasure, and object to processing. Send your request by writing to us through the demo form on this site; we answer within 30 days.
